01 / What we handle

Small problems.
Worth taking seriously.

From a door that won’t close to unexpected property damage, start with a conversation about what’s happening.

01

Doors, hardware & fixtures

Sticking doors, loose hinges, damaged latches, cabinet hardware, shelving, and other everyday repair needs.

02

Temporary stabilization

Assessing water intrusion or property damage and discussing practical, temporary measures to help limit further damage.

03

Property troubleshooting

On-site assessment, photos, and a clear explanation of the issue so owners can make informed maintenance decisions.

04

General maintenance & repair

Minor wall repairs, loose fittings, furniture assembly, and maintenance tasks for homes, rentals, and small businesses.

Work is limited to the appropriate maintenance scope. Issues requiring a licensed trade contractor are referred for specialist follow-up. Job acceptance depends on scope, conditions, and availability.

02 / How it works

One call. A practical next step.

1

Tell us what happened.

Call with your location and a brief description. Photos can help clarify the problem before a visit.

2

Agree on the response.

We confirm availability, discuss the scope, and explain the service charge before you authorize a call-out.

3

Get a clear handoff.

We assess the issue, complete agreed work within scope, and explain any remaining repairs or specialist needs.

Hands-on experience.
A local point of contact.

I’m Lawrence Matthews, the owner of IBX Rapid Repair. My experience as a U.S. Coast Guard Damage Controlman includes hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in demanding environments.

Responding to equipment failures and emergency situations has taught me to assess problems under pressure, prioritize immediate needs, and take practical steps to limit further damage.

I bring that same approach to homes and rental properties: understand the issue, communicate clearly, and complete the agreed work carefully. IBX Rapid Repair gives homeowners and property managers a local maintenance contact outside normal business hours.
